Job Objective :
To ensure that the Front Office & OPD runs efficiently following all SOPs. Lead, motivate and inspire the Front Office & OPD reception team to deliver a high standard of customer service.

Activities & Responsibilities

Operational


  • Assign responsibilities, allocation of resources and coordinating activities of the department to ensure smooth, efficient and effective functioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Generates new ideas and encourages creativity from others.
  • Monitor registration and admission standards followed by the team and submit reports as required
  • 5. Provide support to HR Manager Operations for selection, training and effective functioning of front office.
  • Provide courteous service to patients and respond promptly and tactfully to their request or inquiries.
  • Responsible for identifying critical areas in the operations and resolving all major and minor discrepancies.
  • Handling quality related documentation and implementation. Maintain criteria related to same & the related database.
  • Monitoring of invoices and bills, keeping track of approved discounts, and billing as per tie-up.
  • Responsible for identifying critical areas in the front office / OPD operations and resolving all major and minor discrepancies.
  • Updating new tie-ups as part of business relations.
  • Meet all the consultants in OPD periodically and escalate their needs to HR Manager
  • To maintain daily & monthly OPD schedule with the help of OPD team (Nursing Superintend).
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of the requirement placed with facilities management and ensure compliance to timelines.
  • Preparing monthly MIS and quality Indicators as required by management. Patient Related
  • Provide courteous service to patient and respond promptly and tactfully to his/her request or inquiries.

Administration Related

  • Responsible for making duty roster and leave management of all front office & OPD service coordinators and executives.
  • Regular updates to be provided to the team members.
  • Ensuring that the team is skilled, competent and motivated to perform its duties.
  • Maintain monthly training calendar and to ensure the training take place accordingly. Identify the training needs of the employee.
  • Ensure adequate manpower at all counters

Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
