We are seeking a skilled Sales and Administrative Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Coordinate and manage salesrelated administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and managing client databases.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Support the management team in various administrative functions, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or similar
  • Proven track record of 45 years of successful sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detailoriented, wellorganized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customerfocused attitude
  • Thorough understanding of the business process and management
