As a lead architect for Print Solutions catering to enterprise customers you will be building highly scalable and secure solutions which will be deployed in different customer environments (On-Prem, Cloud & Hybrid environment) backed by predictive analytics that powers our enterprise business.

These products will connect with thousands of Printers to manage those printers and collect data.

Responsibilities:_
Design and architect highly scalable hybrid products using Web Technologies, AWS technologies or similar technologies.
Build platforms & components that can be deployed across deployments.
Exceptional at understanding and designing Microservices and Micro Front Ends.
Be handson. Explore new design ideas, create prototypes, and influence the technical team.
Engage with product management to understand the product requirements and create technical specs.
Produce highlevel and lowlevel designs which include component diagrams, sequence diagrams, technology choices, API specs, Database schemas.
Do periodic code reviews with scrum teams and make sure that the right product is being built.
Be the pioneer at exploring new design patterns and introduce the team to different design practices. Be the technical guru and mentor to the development scrum teams.
Do regular security reviews and design reviews of the peer.

Must be transparent and have a growth mindset.
Great communication skills.
Must be openminded, collaborative and drive by influence.
Ability to obtain information from Product Owners and break down the problem into smaller tasks.
Must be a mentor for other developers in the company.
Must demonstrate ownership of the projects they work on.
Must align with the principles of the HP Way (trust and respect, focus on achievement and contribution, uncompromising integrity, teamwork, innovation)
Requirements:_
15+ years of experience in software engineering
Proficient in different AWS tech stacks.
Practitioner of cloud security, privacy, and compliance
Bachelor or master in computer science or related fields.
Experience in building solutions from the ground up.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
Strong programming skills, data structures, parallel computing, and objectoriented design.
Must be able to contribute to design and code reviews and help developers in troubleshooting/problemsolving.
Ability to simplify complex and abstract issues.
