Description

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify qualified sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
  • Manage lead generation campaigns and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Give presentations to prospective clients showcasing our services and solutions
  • Assess client needs and present suitable proposals and quotes
  • Negotiate and close deals and achieve individual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales progress and forecasts

Requirements:


  • 12 years experience in a business development or client facing sales role
  • Knowledge of lead generation, sales processes, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Persuasive negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office
  • Goaloriented with strong organizational skills
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree or Business Administration preferred

Salary:
Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
