About the job

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and persuasive sales executive to join our team. The tele caller will

be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales

a friendly and approachable demeanour and a passion for achieving targets.


Responsibilities:


Outbound Calling:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database.
  • Introduce courses offered by the institution and explain their features and benefits.
  • Engage with Clients in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and
encourage further discussion.


Lead Generation:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Gather relevant information from leads, such as contact details, needs, and preferences.
  • Record lead information accurately for followup and tracking purposes.

Appointment Setting:


  • Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless handover of appointments and relevant
information.


Follow-up Calls:


  • Conduct followup calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by leads and provide additional information as
needed.


Data Management:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of calls, leads, and interactions in the
database.

  • Regularly update lead status and progress through the sales pipeline.

Achieving Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and
appointment setting.

  • Work closely with the team to collectively achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or fresher in a similar outbound calling role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • English/Hindi proficiency (Spoken)

Salary:
₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
