We are on a mission to revolutionize the online shopping experience for our customers, and we're looking for a Sourcing and Merchandising Executive to join our team.


As a Sourcing and Merchandising Executive at SW Cybernetics, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing high-quality products, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring our marketplace offers a diverse and attractive selection of Home Textile and Home Goods.

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about Ecommerce, has a keen eye for quality, and a track record of successful vendor development.


Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Development:Identify and onboard new vendors to expand product offerings, negotiate favorable terms, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers.

- Vendor Coordination:Regularly communicate with existing vendors, address their concerns, and ensure timely product deliveries.

- Sourcing Products:Research, analyze market trends, and source products that align with our marketplace's vision and customer demand.

- Product Knowledge & Experience: Gain expertise in Home Textile and Home Goods, keeping up to date with industry developments and ensuring the marketplace offers the latest and most desirable products.

- Basic MS Excel:Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, vendor tracking, and reporting.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Home Textile and Home Goods industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • A passion for Ecommerce and a keen understanding of market trends.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Excel functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
