Description

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message and marketing campaigns.

Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, incorporating them into your work where relevant.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance design projects.

Assist with image retouching, resizing, and optimizing graphics for different platforms and mediums.

Learn and adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all design deliverables.

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, content, and web development, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions accordingly.

Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects for easy reference.

Requirements:

Enrollment in a degree or certification program related to graphic design, visual communication, or a similar field.

Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

A strong eye for detail and a passion for design with a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

Basic knowledge of design principles and techniques, including composition and hierarchy.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize concepts and turn them into compelling visuals.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and take feedback constructively.

A positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

A portfolio (online or PDF format) showcasing some of your design work, demonstrating your skills and creativity. Personal projects or academic assignments are also acceptable.
