Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the PR team in their daytoday tasks
  • Liaisoning with the PR agency and internal stakeholders to close media opportunities in the stipulated time.
  • Excellent content writing ability with attention to detail (press releases, articles, etc.)
  • Should have a basic understanding and interest in PR.
  • Conducting research on initiatives of the company's competitors.
  • Monitoring of media coverage on events and media releases that were issued and creating press clippings.

Qualification:


  • Enrolment in a MA or MBA degree in journalism, public relations, marketing or communication.
  • Efficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Should have a basic understanding and interest in PR.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with customers.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload and keep to strict content deadlines.
  • Knowledge of copywriting and editing.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
