Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product development team to create and refine food products.
Assist in designing new recipes, considering nutritional content, flavor profiles, and market trends.

Support quality control processes by participating in sensory evaluations and product testing.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and competitor products.
Analyze data related to ingredient functionality, nutritional content, and sensory attributes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including formulations and testing results.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in food product development and a passion for the food industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
