Qualification:
Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations management preferably in eCommerce. Strong excel and communication skills.


Job Description:


  • Marshall the Dispatch Supervisors (including DEOs) for B2C & B2B operations with a sub-span of ~10-15 Dispatch Packers on the shop-floor.
  • Hands-on role ensuring dispatch planning for the day to ensure on-time shipment readiness as per Channel pick-up cutoffs.
  • KPI ownership of 100% on-time dispatches.
  • Document readiness check & coordination with Finance team to debottleneck: Invoices + eWaybills for planned orders (B2B).
  • Shipment reconciliation at Channel level & 3PL partner level (through Manifest matching).
  • Order auditing to ensure FIFO based & zero error packing operations.
  • Shift rotation, as per need.
  • Daily MIS documentation for dispatches against plan.
Work Location Bhandup, Mumbai.

Pay:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
