Job Role
Back Office support for service department and team of field service technicians.

Taking customer calls, logging into the system and coordinating with the serivce manager for assigning technicians. Following up on their attendance and call closure reports.

Managing all kinds of reporting data and MIS through MS-Excel and internal software

Preparing techno-commercial proposals and technical quotations.

Maintenance of customer database.

Updating and providing regular reports and charts to management.

Working in a manufacturing sector desirable


Qualification
Graduate in any field.

Good English and Hindi communication skills.

Extensive working experience in working in excel and MIS

Experience in handling customer calls.

Experience in handling team of technicians.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
