Description
The Executive Education Sales Counsellor drives revenue by converting potential clients into program participants. Responsibilities include client engagement, guiding the sales process, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:


  • Interact via various channels.
  • Build strong client relationships.

Sales Process Management:


  • Guide clients from lead generation to enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Product Knowledge:


  • Understand program details and effectively communicate benefits.

Needs Assessment:


  • Conduct thorough assessments and recommend suitable programs.

Market Research:


  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback.

Targets and Quotas:


  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration:


  • Work with marketing and development teams.
  • Collaborate internally for a smooth enrolment process.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goaloriented, selfmotivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of executive education or professional development is beneficial.

Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
