Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

Document Collection: Gather, review, and organize all necessary documents related to accounts payable transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and expense reports.

File Management: Maintain an organized filing system for accounts payable documentation, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.

Batch Payments: Prepare and process batch payments accurately and efficiently, verifying payment details and ensuring adherence to payment schedules.

Invoicing: Handle the invoicing process, including validation of invoices, matching with purchase orders, and entering data into the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.

Payment Processing: Execute payment transactions through various methods such as checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

Vendor Relations: Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and other accounts payable-related matters, maintaining positive and professional relationships.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
