Responsibilities:


  • Conduct oneonone career counseling sessions to assess individuals' skills, interests, values, and personality traits.
  • Administer and interpret aptitude tests, personality assessments, and interest inventories to help clients gain selfawareness and identify suitable career options.
  • Provide information and resources on educational programs, vocational training, and employment opportunities.
  • Assist clients in developing career action plans, setting realistic goals, and creating effective resumes, cover letters, and portfolios.
  • Offer guidance on job search strategies, networking techniques, interview preparation, and negotiation skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market data, and emerging job sectors to provide relevant and uptodate career advice.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to facilitate career development workshops, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, assessments, and client progress using our database system.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in all interactions with clients.

Job Types:

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
