Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage the company's social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media conversations.
Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
Keep abreast of industry news, trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Stay uptodate on social media platform policies, guidelines, and algorithms to ensure compliance and maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the plywood or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is desirable.
