Curriculum Development:
Designing and developing curriculum for courses related to content creation, writing, journalism, media studies, communication theory, etc. This involves creating course outlines, selecting appropriate textbooks and resources, and designing assignments and assessments.

Teaching: Delivering lectures, leading discussions, and conducting practical exercises to impart knowledge and skills to students. This may include teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses, workshops, and seminars.

Research: Conducting scholarly research in their respective fields, publishing articles in academic journals, presenting papers at conferences, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in content creation, communication, media studies, and related areas.

Advising and Mentoring: Providing academic and career guidance to students, serving as thesis advisors or mentors for graduate students, and helping students develop their skills and interests in content creation and communication.

Professional Development: Engaging in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with advancements in their field, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching and research practices.

Service and Administration: Serving on departmental or university committees, participating in curriculum planning and assessment activities, contributing to accreditation processes, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Community Engagement: Engaging with the broader community through outreach programs, partnerships with local organizations, and participation in public events related to content creation, communication, and media literacy.

Technology Integration: Incorporating relevant technologies and digital tools into teaching and research activities to enhance learning outcomes and stay current with industry trends in content creation and communication.

Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion: Fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment where students from all backgrounds feel valued and supported, and integrating diverse perspectives into course content and discussions.

Should be ready to travel to colleges in the districts of Tumkur, Raichur, and Davangere.

Salary:
₹2, ₹5,000.00 per day
