What You'll Do:


  • Gather and manage relevant paperwork and supporting documentation required for applicable immigration processes
  • Work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders, to manage the immigration process.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on case matters and promptly respond to all inquiries.
  • Monitor critical dates related to employees' immigration cases to ensure timely management of their cases and ensure business needs are met.
  • Work with outside immigration counsel on all immigration cases to ensure timely processing and issue resolution
  • Provide advice and guidance to the employee on all matters related to immigration.
  • Support employees on visa stamping process and port of entry inquiries.
  • Stay abreast of US and Global immigration updates and trends.
  • Support other P&C functions, processes, and projects, as assigned

What You Know:


  • 3+ years of US immigration experience.
  • Work independently on multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and able to maintain positive, professional relationships at varying levels of seniority

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree is required.
