    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Utilize advanced Excel features for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
    Develop complex formulas, functions, and PivotTables to manipulate and analyze data
    Design and implement VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance Excel functionality.
    Create efficient and error-free automation scripts to improve workflow processes.
    Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.
    Implement data transformation and modeling in Power BI to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations
    Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
    Develop custom analysis tools and reports to support decision-making processes.
    Identify opportunities for automation in both Excel and Power BI environments.
    Integrate Excel, Power BI, and other data sources to create seamless data workflows.
    thorough testing of Excel models, macros, and Power BI reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    and troubleshoot issues in Excel and Power BI solutions.
    Create comprehensive documentation for Excel models, VBA macros, and Power BI reports.
    Document data sources, transformations, and assumptions for transparency and future reference.
    Provide training sessions for end-users on using Excel models, macros, and Power BI reports.
    Offer technical support and assistance to users encountering issues with Excel and Power BI solutions.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
    Work closely with IT professionals and data architects to ensure data integrity and security
    Good at developing KPI, Dashboard, MIS package
    Transform complex information into clear and concise visual presentations.
    Create charts, graphs, and tables to present data in a visually compelling and easily understandable format.
    Use PowerPoint features to display trends, comparisons, and performance metrics.
    Integrate data from various sources into PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance

    Education and Experience Required:
    First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
    Typically, 6-8 years of experience in a Channel Partners, Sales & Customer business related function, preferably Sales Operations, Finance, Category
    Candidate with strong Technical & Business background experience and exposure preferred.
    Experience in stakeholder management across all functions / cross market

    Knowledge and Skills:
    Mastery of advanced Excel features, including complex formulas, functions, and PivotTables
    in VBA for Excel automation and customization.
    in Power BI for data visualization, modeling, and reporting.
    skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including knowledge of features, templates, and design options.
    analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
    High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and automation processes.
    Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    Willingness to stay updated on the latest Excel, VBA, and Power BI developments through self-learning or training programs.
    Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
    Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to manage, motivate and drive teams to perform to a high standard of excellence
    Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment.
    Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
