Key Attributes for Assistant CRM Administrator

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Certified in Dynamics 365 CRM administration and configuration (e

g, Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate).

  • Certified: Dynamics BC, NAV or F&O ERP systems
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, customization, configuration, and security management.
  • Proficiency in creating custom workflows, plugins, and reports within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and data migration processes.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In depth knowledge of relational databases
  • Expert Excel skills

Duties

  • Takes direction from CRM Administrator in Vancouver, WA
  • Administer, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the company's specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into CRM solutions.
  • Create and maintain custom entities, fields, workflows, and plugins to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Integrate CRM with other systems, such as ERP software, for seamless data flow.
  • Provide enduser support, training, and guidance to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features, updates, and best practices.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions and sales performance.
Other Requirements

  • Will require work on some nights till 8:00PM
  • Proficient in English
