Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound calls to the leads provided by team lead and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy.
- Receive Inbound calls and explain the courses offered.
- Maintained a detailed tracker of the calls and present it to the lead and relevant
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the courses offered by the company.
- Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for the monthly assigned target.
- Handle all incoming queries on our courses and act as a consultant and guide
- Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrolment targets.
- FacetoFace counselling of students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
