Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Make Outbound calls to the leads provided by team lead and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy.
  • Receive Inbound calls and explain the courses offered.
  • Maintained a detailed tracker of the calls and present it to the lead and relevant
stakeholders in the company.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the courses offered by the company.
  • Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for the monthly assigned target.
  • Handle all incoming queries on our courses and act as a consultant and guide
prospects in their purchase decisions for our courses.

  • Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrolment targets.
  • FacetoFace counselling of students.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
