Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting Customer in opening of an account through Video KYC process.
Verification of all the documents submitted by the customer while opening the account.
Ensure VKYC is completed by the verified customer only.
Maintaing a good relationship with the customer throughout the VKYC process.
Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing as per the bank guidelines.
Ensuring Customer delight and consistent service experience.
Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Problem solving approach
1 Year experience into phone banking or a banking process
