Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting Customer in opening of an account through Video KYC process.
- Verification of all the documents submitted by the customer while opening the account.
- Ensure VKYC is completed by the verified customer only.
- Maintaing a good relationship with the customer throughout the VKYC process.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing as per the bank guidelines.
- Ensuring Customer delight and consistent service experience.
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.

- Strong verbal & Witten Communication skills
- Face to Face Customer handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Problem solving approach
- 1 Year experience into phone banking or a banking process
