Executive Summary:

A successful Graphic Designer at Kaseya will work closely with multi-regional teams to execute primarily time-bound marketing campaigns for New Client Acquisition (NCA).

As such, you will conceptualize infographics from raw data for use in designing eBooks, whitepaper and checklists amongst other digital assets, web graphics, and digital ads.

Goal:

To produce visually stunning, quality marketing collateral that helps to boost brand awareness and drive lead conversion.

Business Purpose:

Support the growth of NCA channel sales and Customer Success (CSx) marketing outreach across all of Kaseya's business units.

Primary Objectives:

Establish and utilize repeatable and scalable practices to effectively output printed and digital assets
Adhere to established brand styles and standards while simultaneously driving to mature visual materials to keep pace with the evolving design world, our competitors, and the IT industry as a whole

Primary Deliverables:

Content Design

Work in conjunction with Product Marketing Managers and Content Writers to conceptualize gotomarket strategies, visually translate raw data into compelling infographics, and organize raw text into layouts via Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Social & Display Ad Creatives

Create a wide variety of social media and display ads for paid digital media to promote digital assets, live webinars and upcoming events via Photoshop and Illustrator

Web Graphic Creation

Work closely with web developers to create graphics to support campaign promotions, including but not limited to, landing page graphics, hero banners, and webpage layouts

Additional Responsibilities:

Promote live webinars and industry events via web graphics, tradeshow collateral, and display creative
On occasion, work with other teams to update graphics for various landing pages, create PowerPoint slides within an established template, design magazine ads, and create designs for inhouse use
Create and regularly update documentation of standard operating procedures within MS Sharepoint
Attend regular meetings with various stakeholders regarding a wide variety of projects
Participate in quarterly departmental initiatives

Desired Skills:

Highly fluent in English, both oral and written communication (required)
5+ years of relevant production work experience in a fastpaced, team environment
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
Adept at conceptualizing designs and layouts from limited information
Prior experience working with USbased or multiregional teams a plus
Prior experience working with content management systems (Wordpress) a plus
Prior experience working within the IT Management, Cybersecurity or IT Tech industries a plus

Possess a high level of attention to detail and a love for pixel perfection with a keen eye for design, applied knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, responsive layouts, and limitations of the web and print media
