Requirements and skills
- Electronics background must (dip/BE/BSC
- Electronics)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Own twowheeler must
Job responsibilities:
1) Analyzes communication needs of customer and consults with staff engineers regarding technical problems.
2) Trains establishment personnel in equipment use, utilizing knowledge of electronics and product sold.
3) Recommends equipment to meet customer requirements, considering salable features, such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation.
4) Negotiates terms of sale and services with customer.
5) Sells electrical or electronic equipment, such as soldering equipment / ESD product, Automation products and other equipment to businesses and industrial establishments.
6) Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
7) Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
8) Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and
9) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
10) Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
11) Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
12) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
13) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
14) Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
15) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
