Responsibilities:
As our Social Media Content Creator cum Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and connecting with our community

Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:
Develop and create engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and educational content.

Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Implement and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Audience Interaction:
Foster a strong community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.
Monitor trends and conversations to stay informed about the needs and interests of our audience.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy and improve online presence.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Coordinate with team as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
