Job Description_

1) Attend sales & marketing related telephone calls from sales leads.

2) Provide feedback and try to answer customer's queries about ongoing and completed projects.

3) Passing leads to sales team.

4) Maintain call records details & follow up with customers.

5) Use company script guidelines appropriately &follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls.

6) Review call to negative customer after sometime.

7) Co-ordinating with digital marketing team for leads.

8) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on calls made and attained and send it to his/her immediate reporting authority as and when required.

9) Should have smartness and well communication skill in Hindi, English and to some extent Bengali.


Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
