    Purpose of the Role:

    As the Team Lead for HR Administration, you will oversee a team responsible for efficiently handling incoming calls and cases, ensuring service level agreements are met, and managing escalations effectively. Your role involves leading HR administration services, managing employee files, handling payroll data, and supporting HR benefit services. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer confidence, achieving satisfaction goals, and ensuring operational excellence in service delivery.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure systematic and efficient HR Administration services, including onboarding, progression, transfers, and exit management.
    • Monitor team deliverables to meet SLAs and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
    • Digitalize HR admin processes to enhance employee satisfaction and streamline operations.
    • Strengthen processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

    Management and Development:

    • Set objectives, manage performance, and promote a culture of excellent customer service within the team.
    • Develop team members' skills, foster collaboration, and maintain high engagement levels.

    Employee Data Management:

    • Ensure data quality alignment with global standards and provide support for data governance.
    • Track data quality accuracy, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in data management.

    Competencies & Skills:

    • Strong background in customer service.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to diagnose and address root causes of issues.
    • Experience in complex business services environment.
    • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Effective decision-making and collaboration abilities.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • University degree with HR qualifications.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in HR operations.
    • Proficiency in English and HR information systems.
    • Demonstrated achievements in HR operations with over 10 years of experience.
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with large-scale HR systems.
