Answering Calls:
Promptly and professionally answering incoming calls from customers, clients, or other stakeholders.

Providing Information: Responding to inquiries by providing accurate information about products, services, policies, or procedures.

Handling Queries and Resolving Issues: Listening attentively to callers' concerns, addressing their queries, and resolving issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Taking Messages: Recording messages accurately and relaying them to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner.

Making Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, conduct surveys, or provide updates as necessary.

Scheduling Appointments: Assisting callers with scheduling appointments or arranging meetings with relevant personnel.

Routing Calls: Transferring calls to the appropriate department or individual based on the nature of the inquiry or request.

Maintaining Call Logs: Recording details of incoming and outgoing calls, including the purpose of the call, caller information, and any actions taken.
