Description
Job Responsibilities- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and ensure necessary repairs are performed
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and clients as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
