Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and ensure necessary repairs are performed
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and clients as needed
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
