Act both as a solution architect team lead to provide innovative solutions in SAP CRM Subscription Order Mgmt

  • Experience in SaaS IaaS PaaS and DaaS environments OR in Utilities TelCo Experience
  • Knowledge of ASAP methodology SOLMAN Exposure
- knowledge to SAP s Best Practices

  • Strong Interpersonal skills strong presentation communication facilitation leadership skills oral and written Flexibility to work both in production support and change requests implementations as needed CRM Middleware experience is a must
  • Strong integration experience within CRM and also within other areas in SAP like Convergent Charging and Convergent Invoicing FICA
  • At least 5 to 10 years of Transactional CRM experience with Project Management lead
  • Configure Product product hierarchy Pricing and set types CRM Middleware setup for Business Partners Business Agreements s and Product Replication between CRM ECC S
  • Integration with SAP Convergent Charging SAP Convergent Invoicing Order Distribution Infrastructure for Transaction Replication to CC CI
