Location:
Noida, NCR (Sector 63, Industrial Area)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing order process of online business
Coordinating with the packing and logistic team for online order dispatch, delivery timelines, courier booking
Process Bulk orders and prepare all documents and manage Returns and tracking the deliveries
Checking and updating the product listing
Should be able to support customers for online order issues, online payment issues, product details etc.
Knowledge of MS Excel
Always Ensuring stock availability online through inventory tracking
Generating daily reports on sales and creating invoice
Quick grasper and selflearner and ready to accept challenge
