Description

We're looking for a Client Coordinator to join our digital marketing agency and serve as a crucial link between our Google Adwords team and our clients.

As a Client Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and collaboration, helping our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and communicating them to the Google Adwords team.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Adwords team to ensure timely delivery of projects, providing clients with regular updates on progress.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, working closely with the team to resolve any issues and maintain high client satisfaction.
Reporting: Generate and share easytounderstand reports with clients, highlighting the impact of Adwords campaigns and suggesting improvements.
Communication Facilitation: Foster clear communication between clients and the Adwords team, translating technical details into simple language for clients.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in simple and easytounderstand language.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including the Google Adwords team.
Problemsolving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly Google Adwords.

Working days - Mon - Sat (3rd Sat is off)
Notice period - 15 days or less, (Immediate joiners preferrable)

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
