Cendrol aims to offer an end to services for home construction owners from finding a property, to design, constructing, and interior design and execution by collaborating with the best real estate and design companies all with the help of the Cendrol technology platform.


Roles & responsibilities:


  • Frequently coordinate with Clients, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
  • Must coordinate with inhouse design team, contracts, procurement and site execution team.
  • Ensure clients' needs and meet them in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Solely responsible for endtoend delivery of projects.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in Clients, Engineers, Vendors & stakeholder meetings.
  • Keep the project manager and others informed about projects status, changes and issues that may impact client relations.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Planning & Ensuring delivery of project is as per timelines.
  • Follow up on payment collection.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure clients views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Handling and Coordinating on Government Approval.
  • Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.

Qualifications:


  • Any Degree or Diploma/B.E. in civil background.

Experience:


  • Experience in customer support (23 years).

Required Skills:


  • Great Communication skills (English & Kannada)
  • Communication in Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Client Handling Ability
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
