About the Role - Architect

Key Responsibilities - Architect

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users and development teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide thought leadership in Salesforce best practices, system integration, and data modeling.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, system diagrams, and design specifications.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and highperformance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and Salesforce design patterns.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
Stay uptodate with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure our Salesforce instance is optimized.

Drive Salesforce optimization initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
