Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and Segment, in Ahmedabad and through Virtual Sales anywhere in India(preferred Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad. Identify potential clients and markets for manpower services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
- Prepare and Submit business proposals, quotes, follow up, Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
- Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis
Requirements:
- A selfstarter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
- Proven record in business development
- Driven individual motivated by sales results
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Well organized
- Presentable and confident
- Strong understanding of staffing and workforce solutions.
- Should have a strong track record of success within sales, must be within the Recruitment and staffing industry.
