Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients in the target market and Segment, in Ahmedabad and through Virtual Sales anywhere in India(preferred Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad. Identify potential clients and markets for manpower services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
  • Prepare and Submit business proposals, quotes, follow up, Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients
Provide regular reports and updates on account status, sales activities, and client feedback.

  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
  • Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis

Requirements:


  • A selfstarter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
  • Proven record in business development
  • Driven individual motivated by sales results
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Well organized
  • Presentable and confident
  • Strong understanding of staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Should have a strong track record of success within sales, must be within the Recruitment and staffing industry.

₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
