Description

We have AMC of fire fighting and water treatment plant at IHC(India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road), you need to make sure to run the entire system flawlessly, as per the guidelines.


  • Managing a team of approx 18 (skilled + unskilled) people under you.
  • Making sure the fire pump room and fire control panels are always in perfect working conditions.
  • Performing equipment setup upon arrival at a fire scene.
  • Preparing plans and executing (fire and life safety) evacuation drills and other fire safetyrelated training to the team members and occupants available on the premises.
  • Completing appropriate rescue, firefighting and salvage operations at a fire scene.
  • Performing the lift evacuation and rescue drill periodically.
  • Taking inventory of all equipment after suppression has been achieved, recording all equipment, which must be left at the site and incident report.
  • Attending and providing information for prefire planning studies and maintaining an updated knowledge of prefire plans.
  • Report and maintain a record of all the incidents of site.
  • Keep all the checklists and records updated related to Fire equipment's maintenance and training records.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
