Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote a product or service.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the calling process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided and addressing any complaints or issues promptly
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Provide administrative support, including E-Commerce Management and Product Uploading.
  • Assist with other administrative task as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma in Designing is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
