Description
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, decent English verbal and written communication skills.

Additional languages know would be an added advantage.

  • Provide outstanding customer support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Understand customer needs: Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries, gather
relevant information, and provide accurate and appropriate solutions or recommendations.

  • Document customer interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer
interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our customer support system.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
