Job Role:
Customer Service Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide information and handle complaints regarding the organizations products or services.
- Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
- Understands customers needs / queries and answering customer queries via web chat or inbound calls.
Shift:
Rotational Shift /Flexible to work in night shifts and any timings.
Salary: 17K to 50K in hand depending on last drawn.
5 days working, 2 rotational offs
Minimum Eligibility:
Graduate/HSC Freshers and experienced can apply
Location:
Malad West, Andheri East, Thane, Vikroli, Bhayander.
