Job Profile

  • Organize, Plan and Implement (realestate) project specific sales.
  • Discuss and followup on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay uptodate with rules & amp; regulations in the Indian real estate market.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
  • Meeting Property Service Providers.
  • Making available property data base of the area.
  • Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal visits.
  • Need knowledge about paper work involved in Real estate transactions (both Primary and Resale both)
  • Fluency in English, Hindi
  • Sourcing properties from the potential market (both Direct properties and Via CP as well)

Salary:
₹17, ₹24,927.11 per month
