**Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and provide information about Alibaba's subscription to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and service improvements.
