- Resolve Customer Queries By Understanding Customer's Pain Points / Issues And Guiding Him At All Relevant Stages Of The Process.
What Are We Looking For:
- HSC Or Graduate Fresher / 01 Year Experience Of Relevant Work
- Good Verbal Communication
- Skills In English And Hindi Is Must
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette And Ability To Demonstrate Professional Grammar And Diction
- Good Relationship Skills With Understanding Of Client Service
- Proficient In Using MS Office Software Mainly Word, Excel, Outlook Good General
- Knowledge Of Banking Sector Will Be An Added Advantage
