HR Generalist

Description:

the senior human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and work closely with Company Head.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
Employee relations, Performance management, Policy implement, Payroll, Recruitment, Employee engagement activities.


Roles and Responsibility:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Analyzing the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
  • Working with the company Head to anticipate needs and fill positions.
  • Managing the screening process and building relationship with applicants.

Employee Engagement:


  • Monthly Birthday celebrations, Organizing picnics, Event management for the employees.

Salary:
₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
