We are hiring for the role ofCustomer Care Executive - D2C Brands on urgent basis for Gurgaon location.

Salary: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA
Experience:
2 years - 3 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about our products, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs.
