We are hiring for the role of
Customer Care Executive - D2C Brands on urgent basis for Gurgaon location.

Only Immediate joiners apply.


Salary: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA


Experience:
2 years - 3 years


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about our products, including features, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹9, ₹32,921.06 per month
