Job Description / Responsibilities:
- To handle Inbound/Outbound calls of Urban ladder customers or guests and to follow up on cases till resolution is provided.
- Willing to be an excellent customer advocate internally and stand up for what's right by the customer
- Willing to work fast and be flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
- 6 day working module
Skillset Required:
- Fluent in English and any 2regional languages
- Ecommerce and hospitality experience will be a huge bonus
- Customer empathy
- Problem solving ability
Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
Customer Support: 2 years (preferred)
