Company Secretary with leading Insurance Company
Description of Role
Drafting of Board and Shareholder meeting agenda papers Planning and organising Board, Shareholder, Independent director and other meetings Handling all Secretarial compliances and Corporate governance compliances Assimilate the applicable laws and regulations passed by regulatory authorities including IRDAI and other regulatory bodies like RBI, FIU etc.
- Assisting in dissemention of the applicable laws and regulations to respective functions including Training for the concerned Teams
- Providing views on various compliance matters keeping the regulatory provisions and industry views in mind
- Approval to Advertisements & Products from compliance perspective
- Assisting in AML compliances
- Quarterly compliance Certification
- Assisting in Regulatory approvals including filing & followup
- Assisting in Regulatory inspections
- Assiting in Life council and industry matters**Location:
