Description
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders along with store assistant. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Check and verify the bills with purchase order and submit to the accounts department. Keep record of delivered material in manually as well as in computer. Keep a track of near expiry stock and process for early use or return to vendor. Coordinate with departments stock update - monthly and yearly stock update, closing stock.
