Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing: Accurately process mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and transfers, in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of cash and securities positions, ensuring discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.

Client Servicing: Assist in addressing client inquiries and requests related to mutual fund accounts, providing timely and professional responses to ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor regulatory compliance requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Reporting: Generate and distribute various operational reports to internal stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and highlighting any notable trends or issues.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all transactions, communications, and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk through automation or other means.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of mutual fund industry practices and regulations is a plus, but not required.
