Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks:


  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and records.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.

Data entry and processing:


  • Enter data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Extract and analyze data to generate reports.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.

Customer service:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information.

Other duties:


  • Assist with various projects as assigned.
  • Stay uptodate on company policies and procedures.
  • Follow all safety and security regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
