Job Title:
Sales Associate (Australian Process)

Shift Timings: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and initiate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's client base.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Commerce background preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
