We are looking for an
Employee Data Maintenance Officer to be responsible for providing effective and efficient employee data maintenance services to employees within Australia and New Zealand while ensuring control compliance.


This role is a great opportunity to be accountable for the effective provision of payroll services including transactional, administrative, professional and advisory support to all employees.


Reporting line:
Manager - EDM & Payroll


Scope:
Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:

  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in order to identify and implement improvement opportunities in EDM processes.
  • Effective time management and planning
  • Ability to meet time restrictions and deadlines coupled with high attention to detail
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to support the working hours of the relevant Australian and New Zealand sites in shifts.

What you'll bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
years of comprehensive understanding of relevant SAP Master Data / Employee Data Maintenance for New Zealand & Australia. Would be an added advantage if you carry good exposure / experience and knowledge of ANZ Statutory and legislation.

  • Zero Error Mindset
  • Provide HR transactional and administrative support for HR processes.
  • Audit and Reconciliation of data
  • Perform employee data and organizational hierarchy maintenance in Dual HRIS SAP and Run audit reports to validate data between dual HRIS.
  • Effective workload management via ticketing system to meet data input agreed SLAs and Payroll deadlines
  • Investigate issues and/or enquiries and determine solutions in consultation with the Manager, Payroll Analyst and/or Site HR
  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in order to identify and implement improvement opportunities in employee data maintenance processes
  • Review and appropriately action ESPS (Employee Support & Payroll Services) APAC HR correspondence
  • Exposure to SAP is must along with Pay Global would be a added advantage
  • Good knowledge & hold on SAP data maintenance or EDM for least 500+ employees.
  • Able to process & transition ANZ data maintenance, mass upload, payroll input transactions accurate and timely processing in accordance with the employment contracts, industrial instruments, company policies and other legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for HR team and risk and compliance reporting purposes, as well as audits, and statutory reporting requirements etc.
